1. How long does an average support session last?

Average sessions can last anywhere from 40-85 minutes. Depending on what issue is being addressed sessions can be shorter or longer.

2. Is this secure?

Yes. Each session is connected by a 128-bit encryption tunnel between your computer and the technician´s computer. Only you and the technician can access this tunnel.

Once the technician has finished working on your machine he no longer access your computer.

3. Is my computer accessible at the end of each session?

No, each session is a one time connection that, once terminated, is non-accessible by any of our technicians afterward. The software that enables us to access your machine is deleted at the end of each session.

4. Do you charge to diagnose my computer?

No. We never charge to diagnose your computer. We will take a look and see if your issue is one that can be resolved remotely. If it cannot be fixed over the Internet we will then give you the following options: If you are in the Cedar Valley Iowa area we will send a technician to your home or office. We will not charge you unless we resolve your issue.

5. Can you send a technician to my home/office for support?

Yes, we offer this service to anyone in the Waterloo, Cedar Falls, and Cedar Rapids area.
